William Castano President - CEO

William Castano is the President - CEO and Senior Creative Director of Concept-eBiz. In addition to chairing the board of directors, he is responsible for managing the company, formulating and executing long-term strategies, and for all interactions with clients, employees, business partners and other stakeholders. Mr. Castano is Concept-eBiz’s primary decision maker and policy maker, setting the tone for the company’s values, ethics and culture.
He has served on Concept-eBiz’s board of directors since its inception in 2007.

William personifies Concept-eBiz’s commitment to delivering the highest quality services to its clients. He has built a reputation for his strong work ethic, results-oriented consensus building and exceptional ability to forge and maintain major client relationships.

William has held executive positions in most of the company’s operating groups. With expertise in the Marketing Communications, US Hispanic and Latin American markets and e-Commerce industries, he was group chief executive of Castano-Longas Advertising Group from 1986 to 1993 and C-L&B Advertising Group from 1994 to 2006. Under his leadership, the group helped Blue Chip Brands with dedicated projects for clients like MasterCard International, Sony Latin America, Mercantil Commercebank, Diners Club Latin America and Caribbean Region, InterForever Sports, TransExpress Global e-Commerce Logistics, Radisson Hotels Latin America, Cadena Caracol, Titan Money Tranfers, Polaroid Latin America, Resorts Advantage, the Coris Group, FIFA World Cup U17, The Confederation (Concacaf), Gold Cup, LALA, Eficash and other major companies.

He is Director of the Marketing Division of Trans-Express Global e-Commerce Logistics. Prior to managing his first agency in USA, he worked in corporate marketing for the largest insurance company, Colseguros (Allianz Group) in his homeland of Colombia. His corporate and client experience enables him to understand both perspectives in formulating strategy and implementing projects. William has a Masters Degree in Marketing Communications and Advertising from Jorge Tadeo Lozano University and undergraduate degree in Business Communications and Television Production from the Javeriana University in Bogota, Colombia.
